The 27th NACST Convention/Conference was held October 7-9 in Washington, DC. Thirty-four union leaders representing 13 NACST locals were in attendance. Convention business included the annual Report of Locals, keynote speech by the Reverend Sinclair Oubre, an address on the future of benefits by labor attorney Ben Eisner, and election of the NACST 2005-2008 Executive Committee.
