A. The School shall provide the following benefits for each teacher
in accordance with the group plan currently in effect and subject to applicable
deductibles as provided in the plan.
1. Medical services benefits, including a prescription plan.
2. Dental services benefits.
3. Pension benefits.
4. Disability benefits.
5. Life insurance benefits.
B. Each teacher shall have the right to add family or dependent
coverage provided under the benefits plan. The additional cost for this
coverage shall be paid by the teacher through payroll deduction.
C. In the event of changes in the group plan, the School shall
have the right to change the benefits in accordance with the revised group
plan. The School will provide notice of this change to the Association
and to the individual teachers.
